At UBuildIt, we "partner" with our clients from concept and feasability through completion to help ensure an "on time, on budget" project. Our years of experience and network of qualified subs helps our clients enjoy the same success as a builder. We are a flat fee service. The bids we solicit from our qualified subs on our clients' behalf are passed through directly to them. There is no mark up. Our clients goals and ours are the same, to find the best quality at the best value. Our clients maintain control throughout the entire process. They make all decisions relative to material selections, contractor selections, scheduling,etc. We provide experienced recommendations to help them make the right decisions. UBuildIt also offers a "Plus" program for those that still want to maintain control of their project but don't have the time to self-manage. You still get all of the benefits of the UBuildIt process "plus" have us act as your on site manager. |
